Processing Time

All orders are handmade by me. Please allow 5+ business days for order processing before shipment. Custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, I'm not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is missing, please first check with the carrier and file a claim if necessary. If you need help, feel free to reach out, and I’ll do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

All custom made sales are final. That includes prints

Non custom made items are eligible for return within 5 days of receiving your order.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping During Holiday Seasons

Beware! The holiday season gets busy, and processing/shipping times may be longer. Order early to ensure your goodies arrive on time!
